I am loving reading about your new changes in diet to improve your spiritual connection. As I was reading all I could think was “Almonds are the closest thing to a full protein that is not meat” according to my step-mom anyway! And when you eat potatoes, eat it with corn and again it becomes a complete protein. Just in case, these lovely things can be considered while changing your ways!
